Today was a very busy day. This is the day we went to Manchu Picchu. It took us two and a half hours to get to Cuzco. We have the seven day tour tickets that cost $1099 each. Today iwas the first day and Cuzco is our first destination. It is the capital of the ancient Inca civilization. When we arrive its only twelve so we checked into Pirwa bed & Brekfast Suecia hotel in Cuzco We got their early so we decided to walk around the city and wait until we needed to go to the orientation meeting in the evening. Walking around, we saw the Cathedral of Santo Domingo and San Pedro, which took up a large portion of our day. We especially admired the Cathedral of Santo Dominigo because of it's beautifully detailed, old architecture and design. 
Afterwards, we went to the orientation where they tell us where they tell us where we will be going and what we will be doing. We were getting very excited for what tomorrow would bring, and decided it would be best to go back to the hotel and get a good night's sleep to be prepared for the next day's events.
